About reception

• Check-in hours are from 3 PM to 9 PM.
• Luggage storage and procedures for checking in will be accepted from 8:30 AM to 11 AM before 3 PM.
• Check -out is until 10 AM
• We can keep your luggage after Check-out.
• Please note that staff are not present from 11 AM to 3 PM.
• We are sorry but Kiraku Inn accepts only cash as payment.Please pay at check-in.

Booking

• All reservations from outside of Japan must be made via E-mail or through the reservation system online.
• We accept a reservations 12 months in advance.

• follow with our guidance in the reservation page.
• When you submit your reservation, We will check your request and reply by e―MAIL within 2 days.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a reservation MAIL from us.
  Please note：Your reservation confirmation is only completed after receiving a confirmation MAIL from us.

Cancellation Policy

• Let us know about your cancellation or rebooking as soon as possible.
• ◇3 days before Check in date 50% of Room charges.
• ◇Actual day of Check in or No-show 100% of Room charges.
