Online booking

  • All reservations from outside of Japan must be made via E-mail or through the reservation system online.
  • We accept a reservations 6 months in advance.

  • Please check the Availabilty, and fill in the Reservation form and click submit.
  • follow with our guidance in the reservation page.
  • When you submit your reservation, We will check your request and reply by e―MAIL within 2 days.
  • Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a reservation MAIL from us.
    Please note:Your reservation confirmation is only completed after receiving a confirmation MAIL from us. 
    If you can not find The reply in your inbox, please check your spam box or contact us again.

Attention

  • Attention! The Hotmail automatically get into our confirmation mail to junk box.(Especially the Hotmail system ex Hotmail. msn. livemail. almost 100%)
    We are very sorry for the inconvenience, but if you did’nt get our confirmation mail after your reservation in 2 days, Please check the junk box and send a mail to us.
  • Kiraku Inn accepts only cash as payment.Please pay at check-in.
  • You can check in between 16:00 and 21:00. You must check out by 10:00am.
  • Our inn closes (The staff is absent ) between 11:00AM-3:00PM.
  • You can drop your luggage our inn from 8:30 AM -11:00 AM before the check-in.
  • we don’t have curfew . You may come and go as you please.
  • In the case of not check-in by 9 pm, we are sorry your reservation will be cancelled.
  • Cancellation Policy
    Let us know about your cancellation or rebooking as soon as possible.
    The cancellation charges as below.
    3 days before Check in date 50% of Room charges.
    Actual day of Check in or No-show 100% of Room charges.
